We are pleased to inform you that we will reopen Les Terrasses du Luberon on July 1st.
We will do our best to make your stay with us pleasant and safe.
Here a summary of the precautions we have taken and changes we have made for the period of the pandemic.
Cleaning and disinfection: We have extended our high cleaning standards. We work strictly according to a checklist, which is filled out and signed by the cleaning staff and filled by us. We have stocked up on the appropriate cleaning and disinfection agents. Our employees work with work clothes that are washed every day at 60° degrees. Before your arrival the rooms are thoroughly disinfected.
Check-in: for security reasons we have made this as contactless and digital as possible. Please contact us in case of a different arrival time. On arrival you will receive a printed registration form with your key. Please complete if necessary and hand it to us signed. This is especially important during the pandemic.
Check-out: due to the much higher time needed for cleaning and disinfection of the rooms, we have had to bring this forward to 10:00. For the same reason we have increased the minimum stay to 5 nights.
Check-out is done digitally; the outstanding amount will be charged to your credit card on the day of departure. Unfortunately, we can no longer accept cash payments or cheques.
The keys and the torch should remain in the room, where we will disinfect them.
Breakfast: Unfortunately, we we cannot offer our ususal breakfast buffet. Instead we serve your breakfast at the table.
Rooms: will only be cleaned every 3 days. Here the bed linen as well as the towels are changed. Should you wish to have fresh towels in advance, this is of course possible.
Pool: The deckchairs, tables and parasols are disinfected daily.
Guest kitchen: This can only be used by guests from one room. We ask you to disinfect the used items after use.
Please respect the rules of distance and hygiene.
